Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee onsite operations as well as lead crews to job completion as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Interpret and explain technical information to workers
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Plan and schedule construction activities to meet deadlines
- Monitor and report on project progress to project managers
Skills:
- Strong background in construction management, estimating, and supervising
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building processes and techniques
